Welcome to the first season of Facing Worlds CTF !

Last year I decided to let facing worlds 2 being played on shop and gold maps since alot of people refused to play on gold maps only for some weird reason but in the end everything worked out just fine. The plan was that FW3 would also be on gold maps but since the lack of a legit clan cup this year I had to freeze that idea untill now. FW CTF will be the first cup at sof2demo on the CTF gametype and it's really a jump in the darkness I think nobody can predict how everything is going to roll, including myself. I don't have a number of clans/teams that will sign up in mind but there are some really good cup systems out there even for 6 participants so let's see how everything rolls like I said before. But please if you signup then try to play your matches! EVERY CLAN/TEAM (demo/full/gold) is welcome to play as long as you play the matches and follow the rules of course!

subway, i dont even know that map!

subway is a real well made map, which even was played on clanbase tournaments, unlike jor3

the proportions of jor3 is fucked up, like huge window openings and a huge ramp without boxes. shouldnt be considered a competitive map. SuX

Thanks for your suggestions guys, the map list I posted isn't 100% atm of course.

I wanted to pick the very best gold & custom maps and yes I agree mp_jor3 might not be the best CTF map ever made but it's still a really good map to play.

ye, replace jor3 to jor8 and remove this finca_ctf.. its most stupid thing i hve ever seen since i arrived demo, usually boring to the death with 0 flags after first 5-10mins

Jor8 doesn't support ctf on demo for some weird reason

http://www.gamefront.com/files/21156726/assets69_pk3 - make sure you have assets69.PK3 and not assets69.ZIP (else it won't work) because using noob browers like internet explorer will cause these problems

Some really good custom maps which are as good or even better as the other custom maps you know (shop69, finca_ctf, dep1, etc..)
