how come agentz always selects a subject and not the winner of the previous sotw?

sine the rules are changed, check other doesigns forums, only staff pick the theme... ask anyone.. this is the sotw section and this is all about graphic, so i'm doing what every other graphic forums do.

na its fine, he picks good ones anyway, only thing i don't like is the MAX size and MAX width, imo it should be a fixed width and height, ie 400x125
