hey guys. im just here to tell every 1 that buys servers from v1servers.com They take money out before the due date. & then i tell them i want my money back/ i dont want the server... They saying they cant. they alreaddy paid for the server, When i clearly havnt sent any money to them..

Please dont waste your time with them sof2. 3 other better server hosters out there. 2k3servers.com / i3d.net / aqservers.net are way alot better then them.

Correct. But i didnt send them money at all. & now they dont want to send the money back, because they paid for the server? This host is hopeless. The busterds took my last money to.

If you paid with paypal you can claim a refund, 99% of the time paypal will choose side of the customer and you'll get your money back.

Maybe you should have given an answer on time to stop your server?
If you agreed to the terms, they are allowed to get money from your paypal.
Be sure to first open a support ticket and talk with them, you give v1servers a bad name now just because they took money.
It can be a mistake or either miscommunication between the two of you.
If they have a good service, they will give the money back I guess.

I have spoke to them. THey said they cant give the money back because they paid the server with there own money. Now i cant get my money back. there just assholes.

2k3servers dont work like v1servers. 2k3servers is 1 of the best hosters. best support.

Roxservers.com better quality servers than 2k3, fragnet, aq, v1, lowpings. They are more expensive though.

Better quality for you Radical doesn't mean better quality for everyone.
Also more expensive isn't always more quality.

Btw roxservers only has servers in Paris or also @ other locations?

How can they take the money early? If you were in a paypal subscription they still don't get the option to take it earlier without re-making the subscription(which you would have to confirm).

And yes, do what Butcher said - make a dispute on the paypal transaction and you will almost certainly win. If you don't win then phone your bank & they will do a chargeback for you.

(I'm assuming Paypal because v1servers.com only has a paypal option on their website)

+ What service are you even talking about? Gameserver or dedicated server? For gameservers I don't see how they could have an excuse about "we paid for the server already so you have to aswell" as they would be paying for a whole dedicated server with multiple gameservers on it anyway and thus wouldn't be buying each gameserver individually. Dedicated server then it makes sense that they pay the co-location fee(or rental fee for a rented server) each time someone buys.


P.s. Roxservers owner is also an owner @ Fragnet, so if anything the Fragnet has the better quality as a newer company of his. Roxservers is only better for radical because he has a better ping for some reason, perhaps the trans-atlantic fibre optic cables his ISP uses go into France first as oppose to the UK/NL. However, from my own experience in rox, fragnet & 2k3 then I would say 2k3 have the best hit registration(which means they probably don't over-sell gameservers like most companies do) and really hit reg is all that matters.

It isn't just a better ping, although the ping being lower is an indication that I have a better connection. I can also tell the game is smoother(#1 difference) and my lagmeter looks slightly different. While in aqservers, or 2k3 servers for example the little constant bar on the bottom of the lagmeter is "thicker" or taller and also there is yellow spots on the bottom while in action. At Roxserver the bar on the lagmeter is about half as high at all times and there is really no yellow on the lagmeter. Before Aqservers made a switch in service their previous servers were also consistently good like Roxservers.

Better quality for Americans, and the same quality for everyone else(at least no one has said it is worse).

There is other locations available but for SOF2 Servers there is only Paris.

It is your own fault, Dont accept things randomly...

Ps I got v1 server dude on msn and he is always very helpfull.

I dont like talking to you after the kind of abusive language you've used in your Emails forgetting that you are not inside your home or inside a game but a professional platform. About your payment, its clearly mentioned in our agreement that you have to cancel your server before due date while you did not do so. Secondly, we do not hold your credit card information, its kept by Paypal and also charged by paypal if YOU authorize a payment. It clearly says X euros/month even on the Paypal payment page because you are subscribing to a payment, you can cancel it from your Paypal account if you no longer need your server. Your argument of 'before due date' is also wrong as Paypal will charge only after 30 days, thank you.

Its clear that you just forgot to cancel your server and you are babbling over that here. Your server was also at a location which we don't directly manage or where we keep long term comtracts so once you pay for it, we pay for its 1 month bandwidth use to the Host we buy it from hence it cannot be reversed. Sometimes I do refund customers taking the loss to self for their stupidity but after the unprofessional language you've used, I'm not going to do it, sorry.
