I've cancelled your server because of the language you've used for us. Although the way it works is that we don't cancel paid servers. So your server was supposed to run a full month but you've obviously shown that you give a damn to that and no longer need it, hence terminated. You are also not admitting your mistake with the payment and making things worse by posting things like this. If you probably came to me saying "I made a mistake, I forgot to cancel; Please give my money back", I would have gladly it back to you taking the loss to self. Now if you still try to take this thing on, challenge our name or call us fraudulent then I'll tell you that no one in the world can take your money back from me, you can go to courts or whatever place you like. But since my morals are high, something in my mind doesn't want to accept money for a server that's been terminated so if you apologize and accept the fact that you were wrong, I'll gladly give you a full refund.

It's only rightful to give back his money, the guy obviously did not know the 1 month server he paid for would be extended for another month without cancelling it first. I'm not saying it is a rip off because I'm sure it is an option you guys have. Obviously he only wanted to pay for a month though. A refund is only honest (although nothing could harm you if you'd run off with the money, but it's totally not worth the 10 dollars and a bunch of people crying about your company).

According to magic v1servers did deny a refund though and because of this topic, the guy is getting a refund.. sounds weird to me.

I dont like talking to you after the kind of abusive language you've used in your Emails forgetting that you are not inside your home or inside a game but a professional platform. About your payment, its clearly mentioned in our agreement that you have to cancel your server before due date while you did not do so. Secondly, we do not hold your credit card information, its kept by Paypal and also charged by paypal if YOU authorize a payment. It clearly says X euros/month even on the Paypal payment page because you are subscribing to a payment, you can cancel it from your Paypal account if you no longer need your server. Your argument of 'before due date' is also wrong as Paypal will charge only after 30 days, thank you.

Its clear that you just forgot to cancel your server and you are babbling over that here. Your server was also at a location which we don't directly manage or where we keep long term comtracts so once you pay for it, we pay for its 1 month bandwidth use to the Host we buy it from hence it cannot be reversed. Sometimes I do refund customers taking the loss to self for their stupidity but after the unprofessional language you've used, I'm not going to do it, sorry.

Refusing to give this guy a refund due to his attitude in the emails he sent you? Are you for real?

V1servers are digging their own grave with this topic, I hardly doubt anyone who has seen this topic will buy a server from you guys EVER again. Atleast I won't.

I've had problems with fragnet, I payed for a server which was running for a week and they were kind enough to give me a refund, proper customer service right hurr.

But has this server been running for 26 days or are you saying they've already taken money for the next month? Didn't quite catch that.

To all the people posting here, you probably haven't read the whole topic or my post on Page 2.

We have full right to hold the money because the client didn't cancel the server even after 30 days so Paypal automatically charged him on the 30th day, hence that guy is totally lying about "Taking money before due date" that's not even possible. And like I said, if I'd refund him that would be only on taking the loss to self but after this guy has shown some serious childish attitude even on giving him a choice, I'm not gonna do it. Don't like to go in loss for someone who doesn't have manners to talk. He came apologizing to me in his Email right away but on telling him to post this on the topic where he disrespected us, he started with his abusing talk back again. With posts like this, you would just disrespect yourself. I am known for my honesty with the money. Thank you
