It's probable that this magic guy made a mistake somewhere but your customer support needs a huge upgrade XeroX. Your response was really unprofessional, you don't have monopoly to treat people like garbage. Your customer support is part of the product, that how you should think about it.

You are probably confusing me with someone else, but for the other part: Our customer support is good enough and almost all our customers are satisfied with our fast response and service. How did you even make that up? If someone comes up and starts abusing us for his own mistake, and then starts calling us Liars or Stealers, the talk obviously comes to an end. I've already explained that it can't be refunded and also provided the reason why. If I would refund him, that would only be from my very self for which I gave this customer a choice and he obviously chose. I won't be posting here again as I just had to clear this up. We are known for our honesty, people can chose well. Wwe don't care what he or his friends have to say about it. End of story!

I agree, I'm with v1servers in this one.
How hard is it to keep your manners if something happends that does not satisfy you (in this case the money being taken from your paypal)?
If this guy just emailed or asked friendly if he could get the money back I would agree v1servers had to offer a good service, but in this case I can understand their point.
And I know what I'm talking about since I had this with Fragnet as well.
After opening a support ticket with explaining friendly what was going on they explained the whole situation and we could solve it.
And next to the bad behaviour to them you also created a topic to make their name black, so what do you expect?
Of course you don't want to lose customers, but there is a limit you know.

I have to disagree, you should keep your manners even if the customer is rude it's part of the job you should expect that.
Trolling back is ok when you talk about something casual like demobase but when you sell something it is in your own best interest
to keep your cool and respect your customers.

That is when i start swearing & geting angry, its his own flaut on what i do 2 him in 3 month. This guy Simply is a theft. There is no server up. & doesnt wanna return the money to its owner.
