i have to agree with doctorfunk on this one , having a compagny means cut off the big ego mayne dont u know the line , THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT , however the client responses u gotta understand that customer service means = mad clients . so of course u expect them to be mad and rude however u must still help them ,

The money was on his bank, at that bank he has a bank account, that bank account is linked to credit card, that credit card is linked to paypal --> money got paid from his bank account TADAAA

To all the people posting here, you probably haven't read the whole topic or my post on Page 2.

We have full right to hold the money because the client didn't cancel the server even after 30 days so Paypal automatically charged him on the 30th day, hence that guy is totally lying about "Taking money before due date" that's not even possible. And like I said, if I'd refund him that would be only on taking the loss to self but after this guy has shown some serious childish attitude even on giving him a choice, I'm not gonna do it. Don't like to go in loss for someone who doesn't have manners to talk. He came apologizing to me in his Email right away but on telling him to post this on the topic where he disrespected us, he started with his abusing talk back again. With posts like this, you would just disrespect yourself. I am known for my honesty with the money. Thank you

but still, if v1servers took money automaticly without notifications it's their fault, even if they warned about it before the purchase that money will be taken every month, they should send notification to email where client could stop the server in time, so this kind of situations won't happen. I think they should return this guy his money as he clearly didn't have clue about this all.

Instead we are watching childish attitude from John here.

I'm 100% sure v1servers will lose all their clients with this kind of attitude... I think the system that takes automaticly money from you without notifications is stealing.

This is a fact and I'm not being on anyones side in here, coz both sides made themselves look like asses here.
