Conclusion
Really nice game!
Avelgem started really good with a lot of pressure.
It seems -CODE- had a hard time dealing with this.
Nastacus was really playing good on Patio, and Camham on Roof for Avelgem.
Zioni and Raul were mostly East.
Avelgem scored many points in a row which resulted in 6 to 1.
After that -CODE- played better, or you can say Avelgem gave it away.
They started to play more tight, not rushing in Conference so fast anymore.
-CODE- started to gain more points, and it became equal round after round.
Avelgem was stronger though and finished the first set with 10 to 5.
A good comeback from -CODE- though!
Spacer was really good in this set.
With 5 points in red, -CODE- could still win this match.
And they started really strong, with Katana on Patio.
Avelgem started good with Camham surprising Zioni around Cargo.
And they tried to conquer Roof, together with Nastacus.
But -CODE- was alert and took Roof under control again.
After the first point, -CODE- had faith in a good ending, and they started to push hard.
Avelgem didn't know how to hold Conference, and -CODE- could come in pretty fast.
Fainth was aiming really well from Westbunker.
Also Zioni was pretty smart, he came on the correct timings down to help his team.
Avelgem did try a Roof rush with Priest sniping.
He had a nice double kill, but Zioni was really smart by rushing him leading to the winning of that point.
Camham and Nastacus tried sometimes to go Roof as well, but couldn't surprise -CODE- for the second time.
Since -CODE- kept pushing hard, it was hard for Avelgem to grab a single point.
A really nice try from Snugg even didn't result in a point, which would have been really deserved!
He killed 4 players in one round, but the 1on1 that followed Katana won with a master knife from Patio, poor Nastacus walked into the wrong direction.
This was the most enjoying round to see.
And this was also the breakdown for Avelgem.
Camham was still trying, but he timed on the last round a little bit too early and -CODE- could finish it, 10 - 0 !
A really nice match, 10 to 0 is raped I agree, but it was not that boring!
At least not for me.
Avelgem still has potential to go through, so let's hope the second match will be exciting as well!
-CODE- was better this one!
Player of the match is Spacer for me, Zioni was good as well on blue but Spacer had a big role in getting these 5 points in red.
Also Priest was doing good!
