And the "Demos requested during a topic" means that whole rule doesn't apply here, as the demo from "Linux" was always requested in the main post.
You don't get to pick & choose which parts of a rule apply to a situation. You need to look at the whole rule to get the meaning.
"- Demos requested during a topic, not originally in the main post, will not be counted. If you want a demo from someone you must make your own topic, even if there is already one for a different demo but from the same war."
This first line means, any time a different demo gets requested by someone during a topic which was originally created only for X's demo(s) then the new request(s) will be invalid.
The second line addresses the same point, which outlaws asking for new recordings during the topic and tells you that any different demo must be requested in a new topic, regardless if there is a request from the same war for a different demo already.
Clearly, no new demo was ever requested in this topic. Only the evidence was posted later(2 hours later, during the same day so it makes no difference) on the topic.
Perhaps it needs to be worded better, or perhaps you are just making a fuss out of nothing. Either way, I added "New" to the rule to make it clearer. Note that the addition of "new" doesn't effect this topic in anyway, he still has until the 14th of June to post the demo.
Here we have some case law, now you see what the judge(and legislator) interprets the rule as. And from here on, all shall be clear on the meaning of this particular rule.

Yeah you explained it good now, I also though that you need your own demo for a valid request, now it's clear
