First and foremost, I'd like to thank Azzy for spending the time to watch a demo with me and fraps and render the video with added commentary. I really appreciate the additional police work.
Now to clarify: In my eyes, there are several reasons why I believe tavka wallhacked during this war and probably every time he is without fairplay.
1.) Round 2-2 (Linux vs Aura Fresh in conf to main): The commentary in the video explains what I mean. There really is a slim chance he actually played this out like a pro with a perfect pre-fire. Although azzy's conclusion is correct that it'd be better with a first person view to know for sure, I still believe this is utter bs. There's an art to hacking, people, and those who are smart enough will try to hide it. The prefire is bs, the positioning is either luck or bullshit, and although I heard him jump on the bunker, I did not hear him or see a shadow even as third person, so how in the hell could he hear or see a shadow as first person?
2.) 2 vs 1 (Defqon vs Aura Fresh and Friend): Tavka had the case, patio boosted, defqon runs up small when tavka is on ramp. He immediately stops going towards heli to escape, knifes towards small out of nowhere and basically wallhacks defqon while reporting to his homie exactly where he is. Why wouldn't he just run the case? How did he know defqon was at small and why the hell would he wait there for 5-10 seconds while having case? It doesn't make much sense to me other than wallhack in any normal war.
3.) Small Positioning (Prime & Linux vs. Aura Fresh): Now, he's sitting in small listening to the boost happening and such and such and throwing some knives. All feels normal to me, but the way he comes up small to avoid prime is kinda weird. The way it looks to me is that he just does not want to be obvious. He was just too stupid to realize that his shadow could be seen when standing there. Regardless, the way azzy did the camera angles shows how suspiciously he positioned his entry up small.
4.) Small camping (Prime & Forgy vs. Aura Fresh): Now this completely baffles me. The round goes as such: I go stairs, fight the roof guy a bit, he hits me low but eventually falls and dies while I am still in stairs. So I start taking roof and notice it's empty. At that point it is 2v1 and prime is in conf (which I know thanks to his sexy reports). I walk from stairs to small, as shown, and pop, he's sitting there expecting it. I doubt he was sitting there for a long time, but the whole thing is just really suspiciously fishy to me.
Conclusion:
All in all, this looks like the work of an Estonian hacker. Just because someone tries to hide the fact that they hacked during a war does not mean that he did not hack, you just gotta be smarter about observing it. Yes, it is difficult to judge based on the third person views and lack of demo from their side (If one of his teammates would like to defend him with a demo of their own from this war, it would be much appreciated). However, the fact of the matter is that most of what he did was suspicious. It also should be taken into account how he tried to cover up his unsent demo by posting an incomplete demo and saying twice that he had recorded during the war then finally admitting that he did not. This simply means he is a liar and his word should not be taken without a heed of warning.
I'll leave it up to the fantabulous moderator team to decide this, but in my view, he hacked and hid it and that's all that should be necessary to bust this loser.
Thank you.

post original demo, i will watch it this week
My original demo was posted in the demo request topic that you must have missed.
http://www.demobase....0-tavka-unsent/
And to save you some time, maybe you should check out the youtube link that is in this thread as the best instances of suspicion are from these clips. If you spend 3 minutes checking that out, maybe you can make a better judgement instead of waiting all week.
EDIT: Also in the demo request topic you will notice Tavka lied twice about having a demo. Once saying he recorded and will post it, then posting an incomplete one which ends as soon as the war starts (A 10 second demo). Why would he lie then admit it once I called him out?
You can rarely see him playing without fp, only when fp is down.
Fairplay was not down during this war, ETHANOL. And the last three wars I've played against him, he was without fairplay. During those three wars, I was on fairplay. That also means that fairplay was not down. In other words, you are defending your countryman and I do not blame you for that, but your opinion holds no weight in an argument where objectivity is necessary to cloud bias.
EDIT: When I say every time without fairplay, I am simply accusing and speculating that he is MOST LIKELY wallhacking when he is without fairplay. This is an accusation, don't take it so hard. Instead, why don't you try to prove his innocence with a demo of your own or video of your own? You are welcome to defend him.

Anyway my view on it so far:
Point 1, was the most suspicious by far, but if he got a widescreen monitor he maybe saw him, but he preshoots pretty quickly I agree.
Point 2, the teammate of Tavka could have said on Mumble that Defqon was small already, and if Tavka was low he didn't want to risk.
Point 3, we can't see on this video how Prime got to Small sitting there. Maybe Tavka heard him there, we don't see that because you spec the guy running on Stairs, therefor you need to see the demo.
Point 4, nothing suspicious on that, just a guess he was sitting on podium in the corner. Many move like that if they come from Patio.
But I agree on one thing though Forgy, Tavka became suddenly good from out of nothing, so I'll keep an eye on this guy as well.
Anyway for all people, don't play Sittmees and Tavka without fairplay, they say they have errors but once you say "we only play you if you all get fairplay", they suddenly got it.
So the error excuse is just bs.

1. U can hear him jump, and without first persion view the judgement stops here regarding the ''prefire''.
2. It looks fishy but since its a 1v2 and im guessing tavka knows defqon is coming small since he throws the knifes and if tavka is low it makes even more sense to wait it out for his back-up to arrive.
3. As you said he knew 2 guys were there, so its obvious 1 will be still camping around small
4. I dont see anything wrong here

Edit:
I'd also like to say that things like this don't just HAPPEN in sof2. You guys keep making this argument that, oh it could've been a coincidence, or oh he must have heard it because he's such a pro he could've pre-fired.
The fact that he hid his demo and lied about fairplay is automatically dismissed because you all instantly assume that Tavka is the proest of the pros and plays like this all the time, even with fairplay. The fact of the matter is this guy with fairplay is subpar barely mid-skilled and the fact that he can get 40 kills in a war without fairplay makes me raise an eyebrow. The movement he makes is perfectly timed, perfectly positioned. No, he is not good enough to do that on a daily basis, and no, I do not think he got lucky in this one war to do that. Just take this into account, please.
