The difference is that azzy and I have spent way more time analyzing this than you guys have and we probably are more suspicious about things than you guys are based on FACTS. Regardless, I will stand by whatever decision the wonderful Moderator team makes. Just stop getting so upset, it could cause bias.

And what will you buy for it? Nothing.

No, you're missing the point. The point is that is how the view is now, and you were dissing me a moment ago for saying that the mods are doing a bad job, which I never said at all. I never even IMPLIED that. It just feels like you're putting words in my mouth for no reason. All I am saying is that is how we view it. I was a moderator too briefly, and I pride myself in viewing all things objectively. All I am saying is look harder, because based on your guys posts, I can see that you are missing a LOT of key things. And if you read my posts and see how I dismiss many of the other people's arguments, you should notice that there is not much weight to Tavka's case other than the evidence. Anyway, that's all I want to clarify.

I was not dissing you at all, since I even said this topic was nice.
I thought for a moment you were saying we moderators don't do our jobs, so I was afraid for that.
But I'm satisfied you don't mean that

Anyway I know there is not much evidence since Tavka has an imcomplete demo as well.
But just because of that you can't treat a suspected player more strict.
That's why we have this rule with 3 unsent demos, so players get banned.
Anyway Doctorfunk and the rest has to watch the demo as well, this was just my opinion.
I respect the work you and Azzy put into this though, but just wait for the rest to answer.

You made a nice topic, explained everything, and now you start about this again

Tavka has an unsent demo, that is his punishment which is applied now.
I know you want to ban him permanently, but we look at it objectively.
Not everything goes the way you or Azzy want.
Like I said Tavka became suddenly good I agree, but we can't just bust him for that.
This video lacks proof, so therefor I'll watch the demo too.
Also Doctorfunk has to watch the demo, and the others as well I think.
Be happy we put our time into this, giving a little respect is not something you die for.
I know you dislike the staff, but it won't help this case at all by mentioning this issue.
Now can you do us a favour and stay ontopic?

Uhh, I didn't play that war and I also sacrificed free time to watch and analize that record, because Forgy asked me to.

I don't really give a shit about Tavka lol, I don't care what happens after this, I just made this video, gave my opinion based on the fact he gave forgy an incomplete record (only 100kb's) and didn't use fairplay. Why would you record like one round and stop recording after that? We have these situations all the time on demobase where people refuse to get fairplay or don't send their record.. or only send it right before the request date expires which would give them an unsent.

The majority on demobase is 20+ and this kind of 'trolling' just pisses me off.

ah cmon forgy, how do you know how tavka normally performs in wars? how much have you played with/against him???
In my opinion he has been pretty good for a quite long time already... everyone has their good and bad days but he normally plays good with FP on.
Im not trying to defend him or anything, Im not playing together with him very much either, but I have still noticed his talent. ;D

And this video is still 100% clean for me, even if there WAS anything weird, you can explain it with mumble/teamspeak.

i do agree with campari on this. and i also base my opinion on the experience i have had playing with victim. out of all the estonians in victim id consider tavka one of the better ones if not best most of the time. also havent seen him play without fp too much, the one without fp is mostly etha if im perfectly honest. and im not trying to defend my fellow estonians if one might think that.

Since I also used to be in Victim and some previous clans Ethanol was leader of, all I can say is that Tavka is a really good player who's normally always on fp (just not this time). I don't think he hacks/hacked.

Was ethanol on fp that war?

If he wasn't on fp either he probably was the one hacking and that should be the reason how you come to these kind of suspicious situations. Ethanol is almost always the one without fp and I've seen him hacking so many times playing with or against him.
If not then I only find the situation where he has the case and the red guy is around small suspicious.

I think only action 1 is a little bit suspicious but you can make suspicious actions with fp also.
I also think tavka is one of the best players in our clan and ive never seen him without fairplay myself, eventhough i play lots of wars with him.

if your wondering how he became suddenly good, it would be the reason that he is on holidays from his school and doesnt just play once every couple of weeks.
