Stop blaming van Marwijk ffs!
First of all, he was the coach that reached the finals of the World Championships with this team. Now it might just be me but I would like to bet that you didn't flame on van Marwijk all the fucking time.
Second, is van Marwijk playing? No not at all, most of his intentions were all good (and yes ofc he also did arguable things that ended up as mistskes) but the players just fucked up.
My point is you can't just blame it all ONLY on van Marwijk
