So to get it to the straight point:

Shifty/Xillax gave it to some people, and some passed it through.
Triple F is suspicious here (Foxdy, Fleim and Fainth), I guess one of them passed it around.
I don't mind this FPS bug, but I see Fleim is using overbrightbits or like overbrighted gamma?
Explain that if you can.
