So I'm thinking about saying that we four play a video game together and we know each other. We are playing home game also together. (not too sure about that cuz I don't want you guys's account to be frozen.

To explain the hands I would say for the first hand : I do know frogonacid and I know he doesn't want to knock me out. When he said in the chat " check might be good" I thought I was deffinitly beaten
But this could be considered as collusion.

So I think I should go for : I do know frogonacid. I also know that when he says check might be good I thought that he wanted to induce a raise from me because he know that I raise when someone is weak. Since my hand was awesomly strong I went for a raise at first but I thought that he wanted to trap me. So I safely checked.

Second hand : I didn't want to knock him out.
third, fourth : I don't see anything unusual there. I didn't want to play what appears to be a coin flip. Looking back i'm thinking that I might have the odds to call- do I ?

I'm not enterily sure about this maybe I could go for a missclick, or I was away

I can explain the 3rd and 4th pretty easily but the first and second are outrageous.


I don't think negate the thing will actually resolve this. Maybe I could say yes we played together but now we stopped but then again they will freeze us. So idk

if you want to get away with it, you gotta tell half truths and all have roughly similar answers. for example, don't deny you know each other because you're all in the Demobase group and play a lot together but you could deny teaming up and just say you were shit talking in chat to look stronger. Folding that AK will be hard to explain though.

I apologize in advance for any inconvenience I might have bring. What concern my relationship with the three people you mentioned: we know each other from a video game. That said we did like to play poker together and that's why there might be a high rate of poker games we did take place in the same tournament or sit 'n go. We also play Homegame together sometimes.

About the 4 hands histories you provided me.



For the first hand I know frogonacid88 and he said in the chat: check might be good. Obviously he wanted to be king and didn't want to knock me out since we are friend.

For the second hand : I didn't want to knock him out.

For the third and the fourth : I don't see anything anormal there. I was obviously going for a coin flip if I called. Looking back I might have the odds but I'm not even too sure about that since almost every hands can beat me beside 2-3 2-4 and 3-4 and 3-3 and 2-2.

I know none should ignore the law but when we started poker we played mainly for fun and our intentions weren't bad. That said I did some research after you sent me the email to know why you sent me this.
It happens that you refer this play as appears as collusion. I agree it can be considered as such since we played less hard on each other. But as I said we were playing for fun. And We didn't considered this as cheating back then but rather like being nice between us. That said I really apologize for that and I don't even play with them anymore I'm playing on my own. You can check my histories lately I play mainly 9 tables.



I'm a big fan of poker and I will continue to play it. If my account gets closed I will just move to another room. But I would like to stay on pokerstars and I can insure you that this kind of thing won't EVER happen again, you have my words. However I can understand that any bad act has to be treated as such for the glory of your room that I appreciate a lot. That's why I could give back the buy in to any player listed below. Again I would like to clarify the fact that we didn't mean badly back then it was just fun wise, and there is "Only" a very few hands we played like this against each other needless to say we never knew each other cards unless. and now that I understand the concept I'm just a serious fair regular player. Hello Kiet,

My relationship with bjornborg91 is that I know him from the home game group demobase. I don't know him in real life. And I don't recall ever playing with him before or since then outside the home games.

About the hand, I will try my best to remember the hand to justify my play.

The big stack Jusstpoker limps in from UTG which feels strong, bjornborg91 raises all-in for 373. By experience I know that If I hold a pair, there is a big chance more players are holding pairs in their ‘’hand’’. If you’re a regular player I am positive you picked up on that too. So I am either behind on 2 spots or flipping at best with one or both of them. I had a good chip stack, No need for me to risk a call and getting shoved on by Jusstpoker or hope no cards higher than a 10 comes on the flop turn and river.
I guess my thought process was a shove or a fold with 2 players already in the hand.
