Im trying to play maps again on a new comp and this is the error i get from the error.txt:

System.IO.IOException: Access to the path 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Soldier of Fortune II - Double Helix MP TEST\demo\MP\assets69\textures' is denied.
at System.IO.Directory.Move(String sourceDirName, String destDirName)
at .()

ive also failed to get rpm mod to load with maps.
ive tried putting assets folders in every part of sof2.

If you get that window and there is no error.txt or the error.txt says "Access Denied" at the end of the first line, then it means you need to either:
Copy your SoF2 folder to the desktop (easiest and simplest way, 90% of people do it this way)
or
Run Fairplay as administrator(To stop the "do you want.." window opening everytime you run fp you can also disable UAC for fairplay, Google how to do it)

i read that already. restarted my comp and the problem corrected itself. but i still cant get maps to show up. it really doesnt seem that hard, as described on dbmaps, to put a folder in another folder but ive tried it and no luck.

Well i've just seen you placed your sof in the C:\Program Files (x86) which is not working properly with fp.
Well if you have alot of trouble with all those stuff just download a complete solution from insane
