I can be a captain if you wan't. Tho i can have my inactive periods when the weather is good and i have to work a lot. I always check demobase a lot tho.

I'd appreciate it greatly. The thing is, you do not need to even play matches or be very organizational being a captain. It would be beneficial to have more active and better team captains, but really the only thing I require from the captains is to pick even teams and perhaps check the topic for organizing matches, but everyone on the team should be doing this. And if you know most of the players on the list, I hope you'll pick good ones.

we can always take 6/7 teams and make one group of 6 or two groups of 3, we would have more player per team too

One group of 7 and top 4 advance? That sounds like a fun group if you ask me. It'd also allow for pretty tense wars, IMO.
