i know dave. and i dont think youll get the same punishment a wallhacker or aimbotter would get. but in this community people get banned for sitting in a barrel because the rules say you can't sit in it. fact is, as you admit and are fully aware of, you violated the rules and therefore you should get punished. even if your kind clanmates are ever so forgiving.

take a look at all the busted cheaters and see that they all joined many clans and are still in it,so there are many clans who recruited cheaters,but i dont see u rage against them! u talked with andeh too long?or u joined his ,,s4a haters club,,?

I don't know why some of you guys take Andeh's words so serious. He is obviously only trolling and trying to create some supporters for his "hate club". He acts like he cares about the game while he actually never plays it.
He lost a couple times to us while he thought up front he would own us "S4A noobs" easily, I guess that's where it started. I could be wrong about his motives, but all I hear coming from him is nonsence and hate.

We had a though decission to make with Dave, as we are absolute against hackers, though Dave is with us for a long time and was leader of 1 of our Squads. He put much effort in the clan and it just wouldn't feel right to kick him directly for this. If it would have been aimbot or wh we wouldn't have to think about it a splitsecond. And seeing this is his first time doing something not allowed we decided to have a good chat with him and we took away his leadership of his Squad as we do want to make a statement against his actions.

And max, since you care so much these days about hackers, it would be fair if you would also react the same to all those other hackers who got busted for more serious reasons then 333fps. I feel like you're overreacting a little here m8.
We do not tolerate hackers in our clan, people with a 'hacking history' get denied right away when they try to apply. And in the past we have kicked people as soon as we found out about it. If we had to ban all the players who have hacked in the past, there wouldn't be much ppl left to play with to be honest.

Also I would like to mention we put effort in preventing hackers to play, we even have sent the so called "fp-bypasser" to the fairplay-staff to report it and we hoped they would be able to patch fairplay so this program will not work anymore. Yet we get no support at all from them, and it seems they have stopped working on it. I don't know their motives for it, maybe they got other things on their agenda or just don't want to anymore. But it sure would help if it wouldn't be so easy to bypass or hack fairplay. Not everyone got a strong mind or morals to keep himself from the temptation of cheating as the past has showed us.

Bypassing and hacking are the same thing. Saying Dave bypassed Fairplay doesn't change the fact that he's a hacker.

I might have believed your statement about S4A not tolerating hackers had S4A members not be here right now defending hackers. Not only do S4A tolerate hackers but they openly defend them too.

I'm not hating or abusing S4A in anyway. I am simply reporting a hacker and I am being abused for it. I am not calling anyone a dickhead or an asshole. Dave should be punished for using programs to get 333fps by hacking fairplay. If Dave really cared about S4A like you say then he wouldn't be disrespecting you guys like this. Nobody is jealous of S4A, I assure you. Everyone just has no respect for S4A and this is one of the reasons why. I'm sorry if the truth hurts guys. You really need to kick Dave for hacking. Also, of course everyone is going to agree with me. They're not going to defend a hacker like S4A members are doing.

Well we discussed Dave's issue with our higher council members, it is right we don't tolerate hackers in our clan but the case here is different. Andeh is trying to push it onto us so I guess we should stop caring what he says. I remember we were scrimming and he started "Dave still in >|S4A|<, Oh Come on* I told him we can discuss it after scrim but he didn't stop so we had to mute him. We ain't playing scrims with [1] lately due to 3rd person issue and andeh showing hatred on it, thats all.

If you guys want to know why Dave is still in >|S4A|< I can explain that aswell with a proper justification......

We punished Dave, more or less for what we considered was the best way of doing it in our clan, that's obviously our clan's matter. You reported it, we appreciate that. I'd have done the same had I found any S4A or non-S4A using it. We have the guy's history and he obviously can't be compared to wall-hackers or aimbotters although he can be called a cheater after what he has done. And yes its true that we're very strict with cheaters, they get denied straight away and kicked as well if they are ever found cheating. Dave was just given a less severe punishment because 5/10 members of Higher Council in our clan didn't consider it a cheat to be kicked for.

That was all but to Andeh, I'll just say how about wooxed? You blowjob him knowing that he cheated as well. You're in so much love with him that you that you don't wanna play 1st-only anymore just because he doesn't like it.

Hitman and Xtreem are reasonable people, Souljah can be constructive and the leaders can be talked to. Just butt out and let your 'council' deal with it.

since andeh is in a ctf clan, i guess mostly in this clan were hackers in the past

so my only advice to andeh is to stop care about this issue, since s4a punished him their way by taking away his leadership, you should log off from demobase and go jump beds again
