Just take 5 as a backup. There will be at least 5 not playing or going on vacation by then..

True. Imo you should only take active players (who played their cupwars in previous 1on1 cups, who are active at the moment, etc)Just take 5 as a backup. There will be at least 5 not playing or going on vacation by then..
Cause it's easy to get 64 players.
