ive allways seen this game as a competitive sport. I love to win. I know when to put my game-mode on. When we play with a reallllly weak line up vs a really good line up with a 0.000001% of winning, i wont get agrivated. I will put on my fun face and troll around. But when its a 50/50 i hate it when people fuck around! I remember a few times i would kick my pc, punch the wall, curse that the opponent should get cancer and kick basicly everything in the room. even tho that cost me some money, i enjoyed those wars the most. the game got so much better when teamspeak got in the mix.

I remember playing uG for the first or second time with BOVeld and i killed staff the first round of the first side as first blood with 3 bullets or so, oooh i was so proud! i was god! i can recall over 100 situations from 5/6 years ago, cause they were awesome in my eyes ;D Oooh good old times!!

im think members are a little frustrated, next year and masters from demobase.eu instead of to do the cup they are informing us about java script, connection with battlefield and english language. dont get me wrong Funk, Membrain or others admins but you know how itz look like...I don't demand that you are need to be active like in 2005 but... you know

I know what are you trying to say, but frankly an admin has a little influence on cups.
I once made an NC which was a total failure because ppl didn't want to play. I was blamed
for failure. Same year I made FairPlay Cup v1.00 which had 100% of matches played and only one or
two played after 1 week deadline. I tried as hard each time. People don't wanna play cups anymore,
admins ain't gonna change that. Only thing that still makes sense is MP_SHOP cup. It can be arranged
rest is a waste of our time. Forgy tried that fantasy cup, I became activce just for the sake of playing it
and in 2weeks of trying, nobody wanted to face us. (1 team contacted us in the first week though). So
you get the picture.

all of the key figures stopped playing or are more inactive than volcanoes in Estonia.

Illuminati(the player, not your imaginary secret govt. ruling the world) stopped faking random gold players years ago. Or hes been among us all these years but no one cares anymore.
Ragaman and likes stopped hacking because what you have left is people on his level playing and you don't have to see through walls to know that there will be 3 people sexually harassing benches in conference room(if not, you have 3 choices: playing vs estonians? kitchen! someone else? roof! are you playing CO? its probably 2-1-2).
Jaron is not updating fairplay because he probably forgot how to code at all due to inactivity.

Niclas only has 4-5 accounts on demobase. In cst forums he owned 80% of all the registered accounts, he was even more retarded back then. Niclas also makes sense every once a while nowadays.
Mixwars used to be a thing for players who were left out of 5 ongoing wars. So they would play mixwar while 10 other teams filled 5 servers with flame, whine and headshots.
People can't even whine and flame properly anymore. Look at forgy, hes literally forcing shit out of his mouth lately and even then it doesn't come close to flamewars we used to have and enjoy on daily basis. No one even flames back at forgy, this is how boring it has become.

cba to give an answer to the rest of the points u have made, but this is exactly what i mean... u guys keep thinking in the past. 90% of what u have wrote isnt even worth mentioning, cause it simply doesnt matter. oldskooler not playing this game any more is fine with me, people get tired of playing this game years after years, but u gotta replace them with newcomers. thats what this situation is all about, i think.

No, people didn't quit because game magically started to be boring. It was because there was no proper competition/events. It was the community which lead most of the people to quit. If it takes 3 months to play 5on5 war then there's something wrong with it. This game was dead many years ago already. Also there were way too many idiots who had 0 situational awareness. Atleast at the end of my career. It was quit frustrating to play. Reminds me WoT. Now I also quitted this shit because of newcomers who's head is empty. Moving to LoL.
