What is more probable? That they can't speak English or that everyone on this forum just wants to piss me off?

Certain people do it just to "piss me off" although it's not really a matter of anger, more a matter of me laughing my ass off, regardless... But the fact of the matter is that most people do it, and since most people are not certain people, most people are fucking idiots who either do not know how to follow rules and regulations, do not care for them and get banned as of the recent bannings thanks to Zippa and Doctorfunk, or most people are stupid.

I go with a combination of all, and the fact of the matter is since all of them are probable, that still makes most Europeans on this site stupid.
