Is this game still playable on the pc, or is it full of hackers and weird stuff? I mean are there still a few serious good and clean servers up, or are they all gone?
Really want to play this game again when i get my new pc

It's still fairly active, not so many cheaters if you find a server with admins on. If you do come across cheaters, finding another server that you like shouldn't be an issue.
