It's on Noobroom. Have fun, and remember, animals don't have souls. They are instinctual, like programs who have instincts built into them. If you think animals contain an ability comparable to humans with decision making, you're dead wrong. Animals survive, humans are simply more intuitive at survival due to us being super-intelligent compared to most animals.
The only place you might have any chance at being right are with two mammals, elephants and dolphins. And IMO, humans are smarter than dolphins.
Your title is kinda ambiguous as well. Are you implicitly stating that humans have souls, because I disagree with you. Define what a "soul" is for me without any religious context.

If you meant feelings, then please look in your local dictionary and look up the word "soul". This is the second topic you have created in the past week with a completely ambiguous title. If you want people to read your original post, at least have a decent title.
Also, how the HELL is this topic in the beautiful minds forum? You REALLY asking our opinions whether or not animals can convey emotion? Have you ever owned a dog before? Any pet? My dog cries and yelps when I am packing bags to go somewhere because she does not want me to abandon her. If that's not an emotion, I don't know what else is.
TIL that Active just learned animals can convey emotion. It is as if you saw something interesting on your facebook news feed when you woke up this morning and decided to share it with the "Beautiful Minds" of demobase. LMAO at the irony.

And if you must know my opinion, the difference between an animal and human to me was mentioned in my first post. A human is an animal, however, we do not consider animals to be human. Humans are humans due to their intelligence and willpower in decision making. Most animals do not possess such intelligence or will like humans do, some mammals do, but if you are sitting here telling me that a squirrel outside is spending hours all day pondering the philosophy of Karl Marx, then you're fucking dead wrong. I think a Squirrel is concerned with one thing, gathering acorns to survive the winter.
