Dear Demobase users,
I'll have to inform you about a really tragic incident.
Joonas "|she| Haapis" Haapajärvi died on 1st March 2013 due to intracranial hemorrhage in the age of 22.
We've lost a honorable |she| member, a great old player, not to mention, my best friend.
His funeral will be held on 22nd March in our hometown, and I hope we'll all give our respect for his shortly ended life and support for his family.

This is really sad news. I feel sorry for Haapis and for you Zippa as I know you were really good friends. I always found Haapis respectful and a friendly person and I'm going to miss him.
I remember us playing in IG (Imperial Guards) together, the first SOF clan that I joined back in 2003. I'm not 100% sure but I think it was Haapis who was kind enough to recruit me in IG even though I sucked balls. In 2004, I returned the favor and voted for him to join |she| and since that we've been family. In |she| meets we often used to talk about girls with Haapis. Once we even had a small quarrel over a girl on the dance floor in Lahti.
Neither of us got her.
We'll have a toast for Haapis in the next |she| meeting.
