I'm really not into bettings but I'm interrested in knowing how that works. At first glance it seemed to me like it was pure gambling - unlike poker which let me know that sports betting existed - but with a second thought I think there might be some real thinking behind it.
So my questions are :
- how does that work ? Do you have to simply say which team is gonna win in a 2 teams sport ? or do you have to predict the score ?
- Do you check who is playing for both teams and make a mental assumptions of what's gonna happen ? Ie are there some variables you think about before putting in a bet ?
I'm just curious.

You can bet on everything, literally everything.
Football: You can bet on which team gets the most corners in a match, first red card, who scores first goal, etc.
Tennis: Who wins first set, who wins first game, who wins a certain point, who wins whole match, etc.

Utrecht has lost 6 out of 8 last away games in the competition. Doubt they will all of a sudden win this
Notice how someone who names the topclans always puts cC first. Eat that c4.

i got this one for the weekend.
swansea-city: 2 - city playing for the second place and swansea pretty much completed their season with the capitol one cup and getting the 40 points which were their goal. swanseas form has been bad lately and i think city will take it home.
tottenham-southampton: 1 - tottenham competing for the cl places and southampton has pretty much secured themself for a new season in PL.
qpr-arsenal- 2 arsenal competing for cl places aswell and qpr has nothing to play for besides the honor since they already out of PL.
brøndby-FCK: 2 - danish match. FCK can take the danish championsship home at their acrhenemys homefield.
odds overall: 6,8 - 100 euros on it.
