man i am dieying here for 3 weeks tryin to get sof worked on my new pc windows 8.1 with intel graphics...
i had this shit with windows 7 too but dont know the solution anymore, i am busy for 3 weeks now gone to 2 computer store they cant fix it.. i dont know what to do anymore
some on can finish this shit for me ?

I had an issue like that on Win 8.1 with my Nvidia card I donwloaded something Called Nvidia Inspector (its a 3rd party program) you click the settings and turn ON Open GL 3D acceleration. Now that I have a new laptop im trying to get SOF2 to work on that but so far I haven't been able to. It also runs Intel HD Graphic, please anyone if you have a solution to enable OPEN GL or some other trick to let us play sof2 on Intel HD graphics. please let us know.
