OK, it should be done like this; just turn 2 cup while the other 2 are turning....
Try; just turn the 2 on the right and while there turning then press the 2 on the left. You have to be uber fast. Good luck at being that fast rofl, well i did it 5 times, so it sure is possible.

HaHa Noobs. I did it in the first try. Here a step by step
1) Don't turn any of the cups before you do this.
2) Wait around 5 - 10 Seconds
3) Press CTRL + W
4) And you beat the game!
