ok guys this is the place i guess for my question


i have bought a new mouse , the previous one was a mouse with two side buttons on the left and right.

this one doens't has a side button on the right but two on the left.

that isn't really a problem but my JUMP button is the click on the SCROLL button , and with scroll i change weapons.

Now this mouse, when I jump the mouse jumps+takes another weapons which is ridiculous ofcourse. + sof doens't seem to recognise the buttons even not with console because my two side buttons on the left can't be binded ( I had tw binds on it).

now my main question is : how can I make jump without changing weapons cause before a click was jump and scroll was jump. and now a click is jump and scroll while it's not binded. I can't change my jump button because I play like since the game came out with that button.

open your logitech control panel thing and go to mouse4 and 5 and make them generic or somthing? if thats not on list, take ss and show me the list of functions

Can i just add scripts in sof2mp.cfg without making a new cfg , will it work or not ?

There is something doesnt work , i made a new cfg named it autoexec.cfg then i copied all the setting from sof2mp.cfg to my cfg "autoexec.cfg" then i right click on "sof2mp.cfg" properties , read only . then in my cfg "autoexec.cfg" i added this script at the buttom .

bind f12 "vstr fovchanger"
seta fovchanger "vstr fov1"
seta fov1 "cg_fov 100; cg_crosshairsize 13; set fovchanger vstr fov2"
seta fov2 "cg_fov 80; cg_crosshairsize 10"

I opened sof2 and tried it , it works only once [ i press f12 i get fov100 and csize 13 , i press f12 again i get fov80 and csize 10 ] then i press f12 again nothing happens i cant get my 100 fov again .
