If you boast to someone in msn about you using hacks, i think its enough for a bust, especially if there is no record to proove otherwise.
Only thing that worries me is that Alper and Angel are friends, therefore this could be a joke they made up to get some attention.
What comes to Dokter about the law outside the computerworld. There are certain crimes where the suspected needs to be able to proove he is not guilty. Example could be if you are speeding a car to a camera which takes the photo of the car, but wont get the face of the driver. There will be a fine sent to your home/youll be asked for questionings. At this stage, its the car owners duty to proove he wasnt driving the car. (Ofc different countries got different laws, doubt it works like this in certain countries of Africa).
Same thing could apply to this. Angel is boasting to people in msn that he is using hacks. He has no demo to proove otherwise. What do you think.. what would the court say?

I've seen thousend people who forgot to record (even when they played goddamn serious unlike me! ) and they just get warning
this is my first unsending demo, cuz i forget, nah tbh i wasnt even playing hahah.. this makes it so funny, i getting busted while i was MSN'ing, listening to music and all other stuffs..

Well looking on the conversation it looks real (the translation might believe it looks like a joke), it can be a joke but just saying it looks real. But even if he admitted it, there is not written about banning angel, same with this example dokter called about the police, you can't go in jail but they keep an eye on you, same we must do now for Angel I think.
