AHAHAH UMI ,

photoshop make the photo black n white then maybe even try messing with overlays/different things

then layer mask and use some colour on the smoke

im sure you can do it a lil easier just roughly posting smth

Na I tried that way at first it wont work. Well it will but as far as I remember the result isn't that good. You have to download smoke brushes. Then you have to mess around with ps skill (colors , brightness, etc etc, )

So you have to do the smoke manually yourself

I think its Rocketdock, however the icon style isnt in the default package. He must've got them somewhere else.
