what do you think about my new sig ;p
converted it myself
took extract with WMM => av.wmv
used IRiverter to convert wmv => av.pmp.avi
used TMPGEnc to convert avi => av.pmp.mpg
used Photoshop to clip and resize mpg and extract to gif =D

took me a while to figure everything out
