But you can type 100x faster on a nokia blackberry style keyboard.
Typing on a touchscreen is a pain in the ass.
So it depends what you are gona use your phone for.

HTC DESIRE S
My first smartphone and have it like almost a year already.
Yesterday it restarted itself all the time once I wanted to make use of the microphone (so either calling people or like recording sounds).
This is the second time I had to bring it to the shop within 8 months.
My first technical error was in the motherboard, at a random day I couldn't start the phone anymore.
My phone haven't fall once, so it's pure technical.
Fortunately I'm insured, but just wanted to share I wouldn't recommend this one to the people here.

Never had trouble with my HTC Desire HD2, fcking love that phone! Depends on what HTC is planning to do in the near future but if they don't come with a new one soon I'm going to buy the HTC One X for sure.
