Hey guyz

I have a problem with my mouse. I plugged it normally in the USB port and after installing the drivers and restarting the pc i went on the Control panel and on the Copperhead configuration and it said that my mouse is not connected to any USB port so if anyone knows something please help.

i got like 8 usb ports, try another port if you got more.. it worked on me.

i got razer diamondback btw

i had same problem in the beginning!

now, this is what you must do!

go into ur register and delete everything what has to do with razer. after that you reinstall you drivers and it works

different usb ports can work also.
