I dont think those HtF guys really care about wR.
And the fact that TWO of them are playing for thier team instead of thier clan imroves my point.

and ADRIAN is ldr of HtF why he need to play for us ? and Odi is not in...

i still cant believe that most of the players play for wR with this ldr.
if i play in for a clan, my leader must be better than me.
thats the only reason why im out of that clan -.-

About leading, ur not supposed to BOOMWTFHEADSHOTPWNT everyone and be almighty in game skillwise. Other, more important qualities are required to successfully keep a clan/team alive and pwning. And uMi, I could name u at least 5 clans/teams with their ldr NOT being the best. And if u come to think how many decent clans/teams are active and alive these days, the 5 could make around 50 % of the clans/teams alive.
To ethanol: Stop annoying everybody, a piece of good advice. I'll asure u, you'll get along with ppl way better.
To omerz: Who are you to judge other ppl ? And why do u think ur allpowerful ?

Remember bro when it started? Wojtek couldn't hit shit. Nobody left umi. A leader is there too lead. And if your lineup sticks together, theres a chance you might improve to get decent anyways. Doctor's now able to hit standing cows, i mean that's a lot of improvement.
And what's the point in recruiting members if they are all worse than you are.
