motherbroad is probably broken? thats my guess cause its pretty common problem in those hp laptops
my previous laptop's motherboard crashed 2 times and it always caused the overheating + other problems
luckily i got rid of it, no more laptops for me
loool at your replay. If his motherboard was broken then the whole Windows would be unstable and it would have some problems loading system maps.
Drunkn, if you have a PC problem:
1. Open it and clean it a bit "doubt it will have something"
2. What OS are you using? "Windows XP" still owns vista in any way.
3. Update the drivers on your Graphic card, because every 2 months as I have seen they came up with some new performances ect...
4. If you don't want to format your pc again, get a strong antivirus and check for viruses ( Kaspersky / Bitdefender 10 )
5. If those things won't help then open your pc , and check if everything is strong plugged in or what ever its called.
Try something of these 5 options.

bullshit, second time my laptop's motherboard crashed, it only caused that my wireless connection didnt show up + the system was working a bit slowly.loool at your replay. If his motherboard was broken then the whole Windows would be unstable and it would have some problems loading system maps.
the crashed motherboard actually melted inside the laptop and still windows was running.
xp's support time ends in 2010 and it will be no more updated, so u gotta move on to the next OS soon anyway. windows 7 is a good OS, vista appearance + xp performance2. What OS are you using? "Windows XP" still owns vista in any way.
went offtopic but just had to irritate k-z

extended Support period until 8 April 2014.
Only critical security updates will be provided unpaid. Non-security related hotfixes require Extended Hotfix Support Agreement to be purchased through 14 July 2009.
Service Pack 2 supported until 13 July 2010.
so no 2010 but 2014 don't post if you know nothing thnx
Since the release of Soldier Of Fortune II in May, 2002. There hasn't been an anti-cheat available for version 1.00. This caused players to whine and ban people during clan wars for hacks. Reason most likely to be banned for is "2know", whatever the fuck that means. In early 2009, rumors started appearing around the SOF2 1.00 community that somebody was developing an anti-cheat. Everyone thought this was a great idea, seeing as the game had been out since the 17th century and nobody gave a fuck about it. All of the 16 players left on SOF2 1.00 cheered and supported the Hitler like figure who was developing this anti-cheat. When the anti-cheat was finally released, it was the biggest fucking failure in the history of video gaming. It was so humiliating that Michael Jackson died a few weeks later. The name of this anti-cheat was called "Mousetrap". It had been coded by some four eyed geek virgin who couldn't even code a fucking keygen.

Didn't bother reading all the posts, but when you say it doesn't go over 60, then it feels like vertical sync is on. Go to NVIDIA control panel and turn it off.
i'll be locking it in few days as it feels the problem is solved for now though.
