Resolution bug SOF 2

Sup guys, just bought a new Laptop yesterday for school and some other shit to do , tried to install sof 2 starting up perfect but resolution is bugging when im trying to change it i have small screen of sof 2 and i have 1 black bar on ea side ?!? how do i fix it??

SPecs : intel i5, 4gb ram etc etc, its a intel HD graphics its like a chipset and takes 1 GB from my RAM when he needs it. so i dont have a ati or nvidia card.
