No more serverlist

For almost a week now I cannot see my serverlist anymore. When I type /connect <Server IP> it doesn't connect either..

Does anybody know a solution for this?

Well we were scrimming HaTed and he was playing for HateD. I took a few fairshots but I found nothing that looked like wallhack but I did find some sort of fullbright. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Now during the scrim, he seriously knew EVERYTHING. I've been busting people for a very long time and I know for 99% sure that he was wallhacking. But since the fairshots proof nothing, I obviously have no valid proof for this.
