DM with pickups disabled or the MP_Shop CTF.

ill copy my ntg post:

ctf for what? to allways get empty? i think its a waste of server.
without fairplay .. all ctf servers are empty.
nobody play maps in demo. just sometimes.

Unless is the new cft created for demo. that everyboby can enter on server without needing any pk3 files.
yes thats a true bet.

Again, incase you dident read above post's Shifty/Jaron co creator of fairplay is adding a CTF mod into the latest version of FP which will be launched when the server is launched.

and the pk3's arent really a big deal, 3 maps, 3 pk3's takes like 10 seconds and your done.

Elim is good to but we gotta go with what the most people want, and right now that looks like

CTF
20-24 Slots
FP Enabled
3 best maps on cycle

Im working with Jaron or Shifty as you might no him,
He's mod'ing FP as we speak to adjust to CTF and enable NO FOG, so thats good news.

Price isent a problem, so if its 30 slots you would want, then name it...but the ideal amount of slots would be 20 your saying? for CTF?
and the maps will be discussed after the server is determined, aswell the admins will be chosen very wisely no worrys with that.
