fps drop

Usually i got 125 fps no drops but when i put fp i got fps from 100 to 80 with much drops whats the problem?

Server problem

When i press get new server list its write servers didnt list because packet loss or ping higer then 800(wich i dont have)

Help win7 driver problem

I got new computer with win 7
and my sof 2 aint working i think it a driver problem
but i dont know if it open gl or my video card driver aint update
and i think i downloaded the wrong driver if some 1 will give me
drivers for open gl for win7
and
navida geforce gt 240
