1fx Server problems

Can someone help me!!!

Normally when i play on a 1fx server i dont have problems, but somedays i go 999.
The problem is that i cant see the server in the serverlist anymore and connecting it by ip wont work either.
20-30 minutes later it will show up and if im lucky i dont lagg otherwise its gone again.

someone has a solution for this?
