no you can NOT play with ping 100+ (which you will have when playing with euros). even the first bullet will hit OUTSIDE crosshair. and lol at saying "if you're good enough". seems like you obviously aren't, else you would NEVER EVER want to play with euros online.

at the moment, nearly every game except blackops is dieing/dead...1.6 might not even have CEVO next season because the community is so weak...EG just went to IEM and got crushed because they have nobody to play against until they do their bootcamps in europe and complexity is sponsoring a brazilian team because most top 1.6 players dont even want to play because their are no longer salaries, etc
yes playing in europe is not ideal for me but contrary to what you believe, you can adapt...i am eastern but often play in california servers where i ping 100 and play fine, i typically ping 120-130 in european servers so its a 20-30ms difference
done arguing, think what you want and fleim can take me or leave me, not very concerned
