your user (account) doens't have the rights needed to either create, delete or alter databases in that database :angry:

EDIT; you are trying to create, so no rights to create.

it just will load any .dlls inside sof folder (unless fp blocks)

btw is it named atioglxx.dll ?


yes, it's called that way.. just downloaded (tried with several versions!) to my sof2mptest rootfolder 'atioglxx.dll'..

still got the same error with each and every version i tried..

sorry for posting in the other topic :$ didn't see this one when searching..

tried the dll in the rootfolder of SOF but.. it still doesn't work.. but then again, why would SOF automatically open the .dll @ startup?

any help? :$

Hey guys,

been a long time..

wanted to reinstall sof2demo, first ran into some troubles cusz i hadn't deleted it completely (it did install after running a few regedit searches for sof2)..

ANYWAY:
i can't start the game, get the crash everyone here is talking about. (see my quote underneath my post)

wanted to run your fix, SAM, but the prob is i have an ATI card, not a nVid, :D

so.. does anyone have a fix for the stated error when it involves ATI videocards???

EDIT: forgot specs; windows 7, ati rad3800 series (yes i know, my old pc sucks, but it still works!!)
