It's probable that this magic guy made a mistake somewhere but your customer support needs a huge upgrade XeroX. Your response was really unprofessional, you don't have monopoly to treat people like garbage. Your customer support is part of the product, that how you should think about it.
You are probably confusing me with someone else, but for the other part: Our customer support is good enough and almost all our customers are satisfied with our fast response and service. How did you even make that up? If someone comes up and starts abusing us for his own mistake, and then starts calling us Liars or Stealers, the talk obviously comes to an end. I've already explained that it can't be refunded and also provided the reason why. If I would refund him, that would only be from my very self for which I gave this customer a choice and he obviously chose. I won't be posting here again as I just had to clear this up. We are known for our honesty, people can chose well. Wwe don't care what he or his friends have to say about it. End of story!
