SOF2 Wont Start - CentauR

So I got a new computer, went from windows xp to windows7 and now sof2 won't run.. I screenshotted the problem.
So LMO gave me a driver file, opengl32.dll and that started game on windows but caused an error as soon as it opened it.. in the ss its
GLW_StartOpenGL() - Could Not Load OpenGL Subsystem.

Seeing your Post a Desktop topic I saw some of you have windows7... have any of you heard of this error/had it and know how to fix it?
Fixes for the gl file error I got or being able to run sof2 on windows7 would be greatly appreciated.
