The AntiCheat will ONLY work if the status says RUNNING in green letters, if the status says anything other than running it means the server kicked you because you violated some rule. If you don't know the reason why you being kicked post here, we can see exactly who got kicked for what reason.
If you for example hack fullbright on sof2 won't close like in fairplay but the AC will shutdown, you can easily renable the AC by reconnecting(/recon).
You can view fairplay users by using the /fp_status command, just like in fairplay.
AntiCheat users will be visible in the scoreboard.

Spectators will look like this:

AC Status(will only be visible when pressing TAB):

Info about mods:
One of the big changes between this AntiCheat and Fairplay is that we allow certain mods.
The AntiCheat should block most of the mods which will give an advantage ingame, such as footstep mods or glow skins.
Weapon sound mods or weapon skin mods are no problem, the AntiCheat will recognize them as clean mods. This means that every map available will be allowed to play with, we do not need to approve any of this. We hope this will bring back the realistic modding of sof2.
AntiCheat vs Fairplay:
Why should you use the AntiCheat and not stick with fairplay which works fine?
The worst thing about fairplay is that it's not integrated with the game, it runs on the outside and can't really do any complex antihacking stuff. It's also rather slow due to that same reason. Fairplay does not have any protection against people hacking fairplay, they only have protection against hacking sof2. AntiCheat protects itself and sof2, in a fast and efficient way. Also there's no need to approve certain modules in the AntiCheat, so NO more waiting until the module is approved like in fairplay.
Difference:
The AntiCheat is completly different from FP, we do not have a spamming @fp, public fairshots or guids.
There is a command available(@ac) which is explained below. Every AC user will be uploading screenshots randomly, you will never know when this will happen. And at this moment only me and boeman can check the screenshots. In the future we want a team which will check these screenshots daily.
Commands and hotkeys:
@AC - People without the AntiCheat can use this command to check whether a person is using the AC.
It will return a /tell to the person who did @ac. Note that this is not a 100% guarantee that someone is using the AC, it's easily faked.
/fp_status - Same as in fairplay, shows a list of FAIRPLAY users, not the anticheat users.
/vertexlight - Should be the same as in fairplay's /fp_vertexlight
/autocolour - Should be the same as in fairplay's /fp_autocolour
/cl_recordDemoMessage - Put this to 0 to hide the demo recording text.
PAUSE KEY - Minimizes sof2, like in fairplay.
F12 - Hides the AntiCheat's text in the left top corner.
Important:
Note that this is a very first version of this AntiCheat, it has not been tested thoroughly.
There will be bugs. I will start to work on making the AntiCheat compatible with RPM 2.0.
For the full information and instructions on how to use this, use this link: 1fx.AntiCheat
People with older hardware who have fps-drops when using fairplay should really try this new anticheat, since it's programmed in a very different(better) way it will use less power of your pc therefor you will be able to play with higher fps than you're used to.
