sof2 on windows 8.1

man i am dieying here for 3 weeks tryin to get sof worked on my new pc windows 8.1 with intel graphics...

i had this shit with windows 7 too but dont know the solution anymore, i am busy for 3 weeks now gone to 2 computer store they cant fix it.. i dont know what to do anymore

some on can finish this shit for me ?

kan iemand me helpen ??
