still i believe it's a bad idea because for the netherlands the 5best dutch players simply play for c4 (or atleast 4).
i don't see any player being excluded while he's certainly good enough to be in top 5. (and yes there r reasons not to use azzy)

If you guys want to immitate other games go ahead but you must treat teams as clans too then

It won't work out on sof.... most of nl = c4, most of be = avelgem, most of pol = fs/bro, most of NA = 3v..... those nations get disadvantage, but what about other nations?! ;x sof is too inactive for such rules

Atleast it makes games more interesting to watch/follow. Not that you see same lineup playing all the time + it makes the cup more competetive. I mean really, like this clans cup. I doubt anybody gave a shit about groupmatches or anything else. We all knew it's gonna be settled between c4 and 3v. If this ain't boring then I dunno what is.

It would make teams weaker? It would make the game more competetive, not that only 3 countries will fight for first three places. I mean for you, is this game for fun or for the golden cup you can put to your signature so your epenis would grow, which is useless.
What's interesting about games where you know who's going to win... also about cups? Most of the players won't even give a fuck how cup goes. Maybe 1-2 and 3-4 place matches are interesting to watch, but 80% of time even those are pure crap where 1 clan runs over other.
Or for you it's fun to play againist an opponent which you're going to win like 20:5 (something like that)? This shit ain't fun. If you like this kinda playing you should play pub.

Only thing left in this game is fun. Ofcourse it's great if you're some kinda retard and can have fun watching some golden pixel picture everyday.
If you watch F1 then same shit happened there for like 5-6 years when Ferrari & Team Schumacher won everything you could. Ofcourse it's good that they did so and succeeded, but was it interesting to watch? During every race you knew that Ferrari will be in TOP2.
During this year FIA made an update to teams budget. Now it's interesting to watch. Every team who's technic and tactics are good enough can score high.
If you're team, clan, country or whatever is really the best then you will win anyway.
I'm not saying you have to bring it in during this NC, but for the next cups...

Why do you add inactive players to the lineup then? You know match dates are settled days before the match is held, so there's no problem at all.the problem is why.

but I take Emi's side that the way it used to be
is more fair. It's like with basketball in 90s,
when Jordan played for bulls, they had best player
and best teamwork, best team. It was obvious it will
be them vs someone else in finals but still people watched basketball
more than ever before. I don't think sof is boring because of skill gap
between the clans. Each cup brings surprises and so did the last one.
Just to name few;

rox slapping wee
3v slapping cg
cc elimanting haze easily
cc tie with c4
3v not rolling bro 20-6
or teamcup, htf winning haze easily
haze winning sl with minimal effort
code rolling E in finals
sof isn't boring yet, not to me

If you want to talk especially about NL... As I said, they have 4 other players + many other great NL players to add into their lineup, but it won't happen. Why? They're all oldschool players, friends. That's why other guys don't have a chance. There should be some kinda neutral committee for a country to decide who plays and whos not, like irl, not that 1 guy decides to recruit all his friends:"Ok, let's play."
