What if for example I will play for noob clan with random name and opponent will ask who am I, and noob clan members will say, that I'm one of their members (example: Junior) without my permission? I mean i didn't use juniors name and neither have told i am the one. So can you call it faking? nAAAt.

your info is worth shit unless u post ip screenshots which will proof he used those names during wars or public, since he could've used them just for fun while he played with ~#Se* members also (btw that is the true story, yes I was there). Besides, last time I checked Azzy was using the name Chubbz PL when he played for ~#Se*, which is one of his old nicknames(do you remember -=OG=- Chubbs?)

but with this I have to agree with Asrael

since rexel, drnknmnky and freez got banned in a lame way this movsk shouldn't get any advantages over the others, he should get at least a 3 month cupban since faking someone during a clan/teamwar is an heavier offence then laming in some mixwar.

You can't be busted for having those names in ur fpguid since we can't know in what context they were used. I for instance used e. supreme to joke a lil with him in some publicgame while he was there, totally different than trying to play a clanwar with it.
Movsk, fastlain did make a topic after i told him he was faked, fastleen and fastlain sound exactly the same for us dutch people + same teamtag was used so it was definately faking.
Maybe rephrase the rule of 'no faking unless the person who was faking complains about it' into 'faking=3(?)months ban, unless the person who was faked explicitly gives his permission in the topic or unless it was used to misguid the opponent (which seems fair that the opponent can draw a complaint about fakers aswell, it's same as getting hacked, thinking ur playing noobs, while undercovers are way better) Avoids old players, who have no dbaccount anymore, to be faked without punishments.

Ye I gave that up as an example, but I never played a war with their names, I used them to connect to servers they were warring in ages ago trying not to be kicked, said that in my other post too.

U can try search a war where I played with these names
