that's a good question idd Jan, atm those faking rules are easily abused and imo I would only be strict about cupwars and removed regular rules. As you see for yourself it's hard to come up with a perfect solution for this problem, since in most cases admins would have to base them selves on what they feel - so subjective interpretation.
well it's ind a bit subjective, but isn't juding on a record slightly subjective aswell? sometimes it's very unclear.
start by changing to rule to 'faking isn't allowed, unless the player being faked, gives his permission/valid excuse (which needs to be in the topic made then)". Whether names are exactly the same or not, it's still acting to be someone else and therefor faking.
I mean, using the name Fastleen (instead of fastlain) + using the same tags is obviously faking since people were under the false presumption it's fastlain playing. Unless Fastleen has an actual meaning, some make-up stuff apparently, makes it even more unlikely he wasn't trying to fake.
But it was xillax, and he's apparently untouchable so nvm it in this case.
