Then you should also ban Jet Li for it. Why do a person needs to make a special topic to request his demo while a player says himself that he did not record the cupmatch? I mean really... I don't think you have a Down syndrome.

you all can see hes just out to get me for whatever reason, he didnt ask me for the rec during or after the war only after he asked me on MSN 2 days later and i said i dont have it anymore, then making a request is just low, but hey if thats what makes him happy i feel sorry for him, so what im saying is there are real requests and fake ones, this one is obviously fake in some sort of sense, which has nothing to do with actually whats demo request is all about, busting cheaters! there! offer still stands xlx ;D

There are rules that have been made to make it fair to all sofplayers regarding record sending etc. example: after a war ppl immediately leave sof while one wanted to ask a demo. This person waits for this guy to come online to ask his rec. ~ This is only an example ~ This is why there is a 7 day period to ask ones demo.
secondly (asrael an other Cheater/demo mods):
Why do u let this topic become a whining ranch. I suggest u do the following: if one asks for a demo close the topic a.s.a.p. with a reply: u have 7 days to pm megaupload link with the record, otherwise u will be banned for blablabla. It's simple, u follow the rules and u prevent stupid ppl posting irrelevant arguments

Butcher and me are just doing the work what the admins should do. Lack of motivation to keep things clean.
Is it that hard to record in wars + keep them 7days? Is it that hard to run fairplay? Is it that hard to play clean?
It isn't my problem, it's the problem of the guys who ain't following the rules.
Players without respect for the rules need to get punished and it's the task of the admins to keep it strict.

The admins should do their work and punish the players disrespecting the rules.
Why you have to request a rec? If you find out someone didn't record you can punish him. Admins of the cup should have checked all the screens and stuff after the cupwars.
Jet Li didn't record, nobody requested it, but we find it out, it's just normal isn't it?

asrael you are wrong here. its free for interpretation btw so all the admins should discuss this since in the cupwar rules it clearly states he has to record no matter what
