Demo request rules are wrong too then. How come you can ban me for an unsent demo if there's no certain rule which says you have to record the match. Talking about usual clanwars, not cupwars, because there's a statement you have to record the match.

So you have to unban every single person who has been banned because of an unsent demo from a clan/mixwar because there's no rule which says you have to record.

So players who have been banned because of that... start making topics. They must remove your unsent demos.

We're not forcing you to record.

We're just punishing people who's records where request on demobase for demobase cups.

We don't force you to record any war, but if you wish to compete in our cups, you are required to send all the records that were requested.

You can only use the DEMO REQUEST RULES on cupmatches because there's also a rule which says you have to record the match. In usual clanwars/mixwars there isn't. That means you can't follow DEMO REQUEST RULES in those matches.

Katana's demo got requested, if he doesn't send it he will get an unsent demo and a cup ban according to the rules
Jet Li's Demo wasn't requested, thus there won't be no "unsent demo" sanction.
