i dont see progress really, do u guys?
i gained 13 kg tho, about 28 pounds for u americans.
i went form 130 to 160
59 Kg naar 73 +-
still gonna gain another 15-20 pounds (8kg) then gonna start cardioing like sick shit, to cut down my fat % from about 16 to 8 %
There is no 'ctrl' button on fastcolts computer. Fastcolt is always in control.
anyways, even though I'm not a pokerwhore like fastcolt, that's what I do the most also, betting small to check what others do
but in this situation, fastcolt > me, listening to him is like asking a crackjunk how to use crack, u can trust it

i wanted to be a bit bigger/stronger then i am in the first pic, but not too much, so im not trying to show off or anything, just showed my mate these pics and figured ah i didnt post a pic on db in long time ill just post em. + by posting it here ill update a new pic every now and then, so i keep on getting motivated to work out, as a need to prove myself, to you guys, sorta i guess

especially for you I also took some pictures in front of the mirror (~30 min. ago), I'll post them tonight since i'm going to study and then i'll be heading to Bruges with my friends so stay tunedlol, well i gained alot of fat and let my body i once had which was great go to waste after one year of being a frat boy at university and drinking beer almost none stop combined with playing sof and being lazy, so now im trying to get my old body back by: bulking, gaining weight ( fat+ muscle) and then cardioing to lose fat (= only muscle remains)
im eating so much lol its great u should try it

you're doing it wrong tbh, you shouldnt make yourself fat first but you should just eat 7 meals a day while you work out without fat... things like spaghetti and rice oh and also tuna.
and from the 7 meals a day 4 of them are hot meals and 3 of them small/cold meals like a sandwich or a salade.
